Character Design - Pirate Crew

I tried to create a merpeople pirate crew for 2020's Mermay and I really enjoyed thinking about these characters. As a huge One Piece fan I love pirates, and it was fun to think how this pirate crew would work together. I'd like get back and be able to finish these sketches some day! <3
